Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire an NFR Category Manager Car Care to be responsible for the Category Development of the Car Wash, Car Care, Lubricants and Non-Food business plan. This position is critical for the flawless operation and further growth of Non-Fuel Retail Business.
During your day you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail stations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store layout/ activation
- Define the pricing policy and make sure that prices are according to competition
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies accordingly. Drive delivery of Carwash, Lubricants, Non-Food and Car Care sales performance according to the plan
- Collaborate with retailers and RBA team in order to make the Car Care category a much profitable business for all stakeholders
- Lead training sessions with new Retailers, update CW & lubes training modules for RBA training center and provide coaching for Retailers
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence: Assortment, Planogram, Promotions, Training
- Provide input into annual marketing planning process
- Organize site visits on a weekly basis, analyze results, take actions per site in co-operation with Sales and Engineering
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for Car Care product categories
- Deliver assigned new business development projects with high quality of implementation, within dedicated timeline and budget (partnerships, innovative tools)
- Co-design initial activation strategies leveraging best practices from existing or benchmark markets
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or other related field
- Master Degree will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in retail operations
- Experience in Retail Trade, Fuel or Convenience retail industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
