Starting with the role:

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence & Integration Advisor who will be responsible for driving Group-wide organizational and operational excellence initiatives, including restructurings, complex projects and integrations, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration with business units to deliver efficiencies and decision-ready insights.

During your day you will:

  • Be responsible for the assessment of organizational needs across the Group’s companies, including restructurings and additional FTE requirements within current structures.
  • Prepare presentations regarding organizational changes and other business cases for approval to the Board of Directors.
  • Manage large and complex projects across the MOH Group, defining the scope of work, reviewing proposals and engagement letters, managing external consultants and internal stakeholders, monitoring projects’ performance, and escalating issues to ensure timely delivery and agreed quality.
  • Act as an advisor to other MOH Group Project Managers for projects implemented by external consultants. 
  • Drive the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the Group’s Operating Model, including development of the integration scope, governance, execution, risk and issue management, senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting to ensure delivery against agreed quality and timeline.
  • Be responsible for developing and updating the Manual of Authorities for the Group’s companies by collaborating with the relevant business units.
  • Develop new and review existing policies and processes for all MOH Group companies to ensure operational excellence, as needed.
  • Be responsible for developing job descriptions of organic roles within new organizational structures in collaboration with the relevant HR Managers and business units.
  • Be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and delivering ad-hoc operational excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Group companies and business units, including MOH IT and Internal Audit to identify opportunities for synergies and operational efficiencies.

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or Finance
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Operational Research, Finance, Management or other related fields will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management Consulting, either at a consulting firm or within a large energy group.
  • Proven experience in complex projects, including organizational restructuring, integrations, business process and policies reengineering
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Energy sector
  • Business Process/Policy Modeling techniques
  • Organizational structure analysis and development
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge of Post-Merger Integration is considered a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio) 
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
