Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire an Operational Excellence Associate to join our team
During your day you will:
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project owners and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update detailed project plans, tracking tools, and documentation to monitor project progress and milestones.
- Support project documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication of changes to project scope or schedule, ensuring stakeholder awareness and approval.
- Support and perform business requirements’ analysis and potential improvement identification, in projects that aim in aligning business needs with focus on business processes’ improvement and automation
- Walk through and document processes and policies with business teams, identify organization’s needs and obstacles and recommend improvements to the senior team
- Communicate new and / or updated business processes and policies to the company and monitors their implementation
- Create and update training material related to new implementations and business processes and supports the execution of associated trainings, ensuring end-user proficiency with new and existing processes and systems across departments
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or other related field
- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or other related field will be considered an asset
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Track and evaluate project performance
- Drive process improvements
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project Manager
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
