Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a PVs Supervisor who will be responsible for the design and implementation of activities related to the full spectrum of engineering works, for the operation, maintenance and upgrade of the company’s PV portfolio according to technical, health and safety standards.

During your day you will:

  • Keep track of maintenance & upgrade needs.
  • Perform onsite visits when needed.
  • Prepare techno-economic studies for maintenance or upgrade projects on the PV portfolio ·
  • Keep track of and holds responsibility for the acceptance of maintenance works, in order to ensure that contracts are implemented as per time constraints, quality requirements and within budget ·
  • Be always up to date with the maintenance business to support Procurement dept. throughout tendering processes ·
  • Assure QHSSE policy and standards are met in the PV portfolio, including subcontractor activities ·
  • Liaise with respective State and Other authorities/utilities/operators regarding operation procedures and other technical requests ·
  • Report the operating status of the fleet to the management, accompanied by required actions and improvement recommendations

 

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or similar field)
  • Master’s degree in related fields will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5+ years of previous experience in PV projects
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations
  • Knowledge of E/M maintenance services sector
  • Knowledge of construction sector
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
