Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Performance & Risk Management Analyst who will be responsible for performing portfolio performance analysis, risk assessments and data collection to enhance decision-making for operational efficiency.
During your day you will:
- Support performance monitoring and analysis activities, combining technical and financial information for the operating portfolio
- Assist in implementing and tracking KPIs at a portfolio level, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement based on industry benchmarks
- Conduct preliminary risk assessments to identify potential threats across operational domains and coordinate mitigation actions and implementation
- Collect data for new or renewed insurance policies and coordinating with MOH’s Insurance Department
- Provide insights and help gather data for portfolio-wide analysis, contributing to informed decision-making by the Management Team
- Draft performance reports for Top Management to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Perform market research analysis, competition assessment, and benchmarking
- Participate in and supports projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness, technological infrastructure, and synergy exploitation
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role within the Energy sector (renewables, electricity, oil & gas etc.)
- Understanding of technical, commercial, financial and regulatory requirements for asset operations
- Understanding of Energy Markets operations
- Knowledge of a programming language or tools for data analysis (preferably - not compulsory)
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel and Power Point
