Starting with the role:

We are looking to hire a Planning & Budgeting Advisor to join our Planning & Budgeting team.

During your day you will:

• Develop and revise Company’s Budgets and Business Plans and propose respectively to senior management
• Coordinate and consolidate the Budgets and Business Plans of Group subsidiaries for senior management approval
• Ensure alignment across Group Companies by applying common planning assumptions
• Prepare variance analysis and other financial evaluations
• Develop Budget & Planning Department reporting, to be approved by senior management
• Coordinate projects related to budgeting and business planning processes, in cooperation with Head of Planning & Budgeting
• Maintain and update tools used for budgeting, business planning, and decision-making

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree, preferably in Finance sector or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Group of Companies with diversity and complexity
• Proven background in preparing financial and business reports
• Solid experience in business planning and budgeting processes
• Familiarity with tools and applications for budgeting, planning, and decision-making tools and applications
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
