Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a QHSSE Advisor (Supply Chain, Transport & Operations), to advise and support implementation of Annual QHSSE Plan & processes regarding Supply Chain, Transport and Operations and to review and propose the necessary rectifications of Annual QHSSE Plan & processes regarding Supply Chain, Transport and Operations of companies in scope.
During your day you will:
- Work collaboratively with Business Lines across Supply Chain, Transport and Depots Operations to identify Process QHSSE Risks and propose controls
- Advise on the annual QHSSE action plan creation needed to achieve Goal Zero, in collaboration with Business Lines, and support in its implementation when necessary regarding Supply Chain, Transport and Operations of companies in scope
- Investigate and review the implementation of the annual QHSSE plan and the adherence to the Control Framework on a quarterly basis and contribute to the development of the respective reports
- Be responsible for raising staff awareness regarding QHSSE, delivering the necessary trainings and conducting regular visits to the sites/activities in scope
- Participate to the assessment of contractors’ selection, maturity and performance, ensuring their QHSSE standards are similar or equally strong
- Identify broken/inefficient processes (derived from ISO requirements, audits, local safety committee meetings) and propose rectifications
- Conduct Market Research to identify best practices with regards to QHSSE within the Supply Chain, Transport & Operations and proposes their adoption
- Provide direction to their team and addresses any escalated issues or risks by working collaboratively with the QHSSE Manager
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other QHSSE related degree
- Master’s degree in QHSSE related field will be considered a plus
- At least 5 years of working experience in a QHSSE related role, ideally within Supply Chain, Transport and/or Industrial Sites
- Proven experience in managing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of QHSSE Management Systems (including Risk Management) and Frameworks
- Very good knowledge of QHSSE related ISOs
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
