Starting with the role:
Currently, we are searching to hire a QHSSE Supply Chain Inspector to ensure that quality and quantity of fuels during loading/unloading activities are properly safeguarded and to monitor ship-shore operations and storage and handling gains & losses.
During your day you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity of fuels during loading/unloading activities are properly safeguarded
- Assure Marine Vessels loading in the Refinery with full time presence in the field (80% of shipments are expected to be assured) and Marine Vessels unloading process in the Depots on the spot (2-3 times per month)
- Assure road tankers loading & unloading process in the refinery and depots/3rd parties' locations
- Ensure the secure transportation rail shipments
- Closely monitor the gains/losses stemming from the loading/unloading process
- Escalate issues regarding all loading/unloading processes and resolve them in collaboration with the wider QHSSE team actively
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field
- At least 2 years of experience in oil & gas related industrial sites
- Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of QHSSE related ISOs (preferably – non-compulsory)
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office
- Good command of the English language (oral and written)
