Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Real Estate Associate who will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and maintaining documentation for real estate and land acquisition activities, to facilitate successful project development.
During your day you will:
- Be responsible for performing administrative tasks related to land acquisition activities
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate records of land acquisition activities and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas of land parcels suitable for RES projects, considering factors like location, size, and zoning regulations
- Support the Project Development Team in securing site control for development prospects and participates in negotiating leases and other agreements with landowners
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers/ Project Managers, under the guidance of the Real Estate Specialist, to ensure alignment between land acquisition activities and licensing requirements
- Assist the Real Estate Specialist with the preparation of legal documents related to land acquisition, such as purchase agreements and easements
- Develop up-to-date knowledge of land valuation standards and market trends to ensure fair and competitive negotiations
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or land surveying engineering
- Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of relative professional experience accompanied by a proven track-record of successful land acquisition within the context of RES projects development
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Land Acquisition standards
- Understanding legal aspects of land acquisition
- Familiarity with land surveying
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and permitting processes
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel and Power Point
