Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Real Estate Supervisor who will facilitates land acquisition for energy projects including participating in negotiations with landowners, conducting research to identify suitable areas of land, maintaining knowledge of land valuation standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition processes.

During your day you will:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas of land parcels suitable for RES projects, considering factors like location, size, and zoning regulations.
  • Support the Project Development Team in securing site control for development prospects and participates in negotiating leases and other agreements with landowners.
  • Propose land acquisition terms and agreements for energy projects in cooperation with the Finance & Procurement Department and MOH’s Legal General Division
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers/ Project Managers to ensure alignment between land acquisition activities and licensing requirements.
  • Support the preparation of legal documents related to land acquisition, such as purchase agreements and easements in cooperation with MOH’s Legal General Division
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of land valuation standards and market trends to ensure fair and competitive negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of land acquisition activities and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or land surveying engineering
  • Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus.
  • At least 4 years of relative professional experience accompanied by a proven track-record of successful land acquisition within the context of RES projects development
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Land Acquisition standards
  • Understanding legal aspects of land acquisition
  • Familiarity with land surveying
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and permitting processes
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel and Power Point
