Starting with the role:
Coral is looking for a Retail Operations Project Specialist to join the Operations team, with primary responsibilities including project management and execution of analyses and tasks on the operational systems supporting the retail network.
During your day you will:
- Undertake and manage projects for continuous improvement of operations, processes, and systems of the retail network, such as: Point of Sale (POS) system, Cash flow system and CCTV system of retail outlets
- Renew and maintain data for each point of the retail network.
- Monitor and continuously optimize the design of dashboards, analyses, and tools used by the sales department with corresponding KPIs
- Analyze and design to reflect the annual plans of corporate stations based on the business cooperation model with station managers and continuous optimization based on the market
- Be responsible for implementing pricing condition readjustments based on contracts
- Participate in Retail team presentations to the Board of Directors (BoD) as well as in analyses, market shares, and Sales Conferences of the Corporate Network.
- Search for ways to improve monitoring, problem detection, and provide greater value to the customer
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar field
- Postgraduate degree will be appreciated
- At least 2 years in roles involving data analysis, processing, and presentations
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Desired knowledge and experience in sales and operation of retail outlets
- Familiarity with SAP is desired
- Good communication and negotiation skills
