Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a Risk Data Analyst to join our team at our offices in Maroussi.
During your day you will:
- Be responsible to monitor and support the functionality of the Supply & Trading CTRM system (Commodity Trading Risk Management).
- Maintain the master data of the CTRM from a business perspective
- Extract, analyse, and troubleshoot data issues to ensure system efficiency
- Support Supply & Trading users with daily CTRM issues, the identification and solution of issues related to Symphony’s/ SAP interface
- Support the Risk team in generating and maintaining Risk reports as needed, to monitor risks and summarize key findings.
- Analyze data and create relevant reports in BI applications.
- Execute a series of daily tasks that contribute to Risk reports. Indicatively, update market data, ensure data accuracy and completeness, run CTRM system processes and extract risk reports.
- Develop VBA tools for market data manipulation and report generation.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with risk management policies.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management Science & Technology, Computer Science, or related numerical field
- Master’s degree in Risk, Engineering, Computer Science, Risk or other related field (preferably - not compulsory)
- At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Preferably knowledge of the Oil industry
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) systems, Commodity Trading Risk Management system (CRM), i.e. Amphora Symphony, will be considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of programming languages: VBA, SQL, Python
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
