Starting with the role:

We are currently looking for an SAP Analyst (Material Management) to analyze existing and new applications and support system development and maintenance activities.

During your day you will:

• Assess business requirements and process changes within SAP Materials Management (MM), evaluate their impact on existing SAP solutions, integrations, and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and SAP solution designs
• Review and manage enhancement requests and change requirements, preparing detailed functional specifications and coordinating implementation activities
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement projects, resolving issues and supporting post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and support procedures to ensure effective knowledge transfer and solution sustainability
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, developers, and external partners throughout the design, development, testing, deployment, and support lifecycle
• Provide functional support for SAP Materials Management (MM) applications, ensuring the integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement of solutions across the Motor Oil Group companies

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• 3 years previous experience as a Materials Management Analyst in SAP R/3, ECC and S/4HANA environments
