Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a B2B Sales Associate to join our B2B Sales Team. You will support clients’ sales process journey and handling of inquiries lifecycle in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.

Location: Marousi

During your day you will:

  • Assist clients through each step of the sales process
  • Collaborate effectively with the B2B Sales team by tracking the sales or inquiries processes and creates all necessary documentation
  • Manage all incoming inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, bills and other issues
  • Perform best service practices to tackle client issues and maximize satisfaction
  • Provide sales and inquiries reporting to the B2B Sales team to support their objectives
  • Perform data entry tasks via all platforms (SAP, Microsoft Office, my nrg, & e-sign platform) for sales figures, reports, and other relevant information
  • Support the B2B Sales Section on operational issues and provide insight on building new system tools and sales procedures to increase effectiveness and productivity

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support positions preferably in the energy sector
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite especially on MS Excel
  • Proficient in the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
