Starting with the role:

Currently, we are seeking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator, to coordinate the design, governance, and lifecycle management of the Salesforce platform across all Motor Oil Group companies, ensuring scalable operations, seamless integrations, reliable deployments, and continuous improvement

During your day you will:

  • Support the Salesforce and Marketing platforms delivery and continuous improvement through environment management, Energy & Utilities solution development, platform security oversight, and DevOps best practices
  • Coordinate production operations, deployments, incident resolution, and platform changes, ensuring platform stability, operational continuity, and effective release management
  • Design and drive Marketing Technology and Salesforce AI roadmaps, aligning innovation, automation, and digital capabilities with business objectives
  • Design and support integrations with connected systems and contribute to solution architecture based on business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to architecture, design, and integration requirements and set up CRM Integrations to integrate with peripheral applications
  • Partner with business stakeholders and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and support the Marketing Cloud roadmap

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • 5-6 years previous experience in CRM solution delivery and software development lifecycle activities, preferably within large organizations
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform configuration and technical development, preferably in retail and Energy & Utilities environments
  • Prior experience in supporting business processes in Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service within large organizations
  • Experience in DevOps practices, release coordination, and controlled deployment processes
  • Experience supporting Salesforce & Marketing Cloud interconnection
  • Experience in system integration and interface delivery, ideally including SAP-connected environments
  • Experience with Salesforce core concepts, including data model, process automation, APIs, and declarative development, with some programmatic capability as needed
  • Experience coordinating with peripheral CRM systems and cross-functional stakeholders to support business analysis and end-to-end solution delivery
