Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for preparing and presenting budgets and forecasts, analyzing business performance, managing cash flow, monitoring financial controls and ensuring alignment with company’s KPIs.
During your day you will:
- Prepare and present the Budget and financial forecasts to the Head of Financial Planning & Control and the Finance & Procurement Manager.
- Analyze business performance and prepare relevant periodical financial and operational reports, including recommendations, and other ad-hoc reports and investment proposals for management information purposes.
- Act as a finance business partner for MORE’s Departments facilitating financial modeling and efficient reporting.
- Provide financial support to new Projects i.e. financial model preparation for new investments/projects, project finance requirements, etc.
- Manage cash flow planning and analysis, along with optimizing working capital to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial processes and controls in place, provide improvements’ recommendations to senior management, and ensure alignment with the Company’s established control framework.
- Supervise the implementation of the appropriate KPIs regarding the Company’s performance.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus
- ACCA / CFA fully / partly completed is desirable
- At least 6 years of experience at Finance and/or Accounting Functions
- Strong background in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in SAP environment
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially versed in Excel
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
