Shell & MOH Aviation Fuels A.E is the Marketing Joint Venture established by Shell Overseas Holdings Ltd (51%) and Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A (49%) with scope the marketing and supply of Aviation Fuels under Shell trademark in Greece. Starting with the role

Currently, we are seeking to hire a Supply Operator based in Marousi.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Lead QHSSE and sustainability processes for the whole supply chain activities.
  • Manage all relevant trucks and pipeline scheduling activities such as purchases, supply and transportation for the volume at ATH Airport and at Thessaloniki region Airport locations.
  • Communicate with the Customs offices in all Supply locations (Terminals and Airports) and manage all Customs Brokers agreements in line with their relevant obligations and legal/fiscal tax warehouses requirements.
  • Be responsible for duties payment and VAT refund processes.
  • Manage BP account (supplier and customer) – supply purchases and sales in all relevant Airport locations within Greece.
  • Support the Business projects and Operational strategy plan and their implementation.
  • Monitor and improve manuals, processes, and procedures of the Supply & Operations department.
  • Create and update of related supply and operations KPI’s, creation and monitor of POs, invoices, and their reconciliation (monthly finance closure activities, invoices checking/matching and provisions).

     

     

What you need to stand out

  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering or Finance, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience (Supply chain, Business analysis, Supply Operations and scheduling)
  • Proficient use of SAP, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good Knowledge of IT tools and processes.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
