Starting with the role:

Currently we are seeking to hire a Systems Excellence Specialist to join our team.

During your day you will:

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable system solutions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, adoption of best practices and strategic alignment before IT development begins
  • Assess and support system enhancements and process automation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and ensuring smooth execution by participating or managing in relevant projects
  • Execute and validate UATs, ensuring new functionalities meet business needs, integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and provide a smooth user experience
  • Investigate and resolve operational system issues by working closely with MOH IT and business teams to ensure minimal disruptions and optimal system performance
  • Develop training materials and user guides, ensuring employees are proficient in using new and existing systems, tools, and applications
  • Monitor system adoption and compliance, tracking usage data, gathering user feedback, and implementing corrective actions to maximize system effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaborating with business teams, MOH IT, and cross-functional teams to drive system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

What you need to stand out:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant fields
  • 3-4 years of experience with focus on Information Technology or projects related to IT
  • Experience in IT systems ie CRM, SAP
  • Experience in ERP & CRM systems (SAP S4HANA, Salesforce)
  • Working knowledge in Power BI will be considered a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - especially Excel
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
