Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Technology Management Expert to join our Strategy team.

During your day you will:

  • Assess and evaluate the development of technologies that enable new opportunities and projects across the group
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s technology roadmap, supporting the preparation, refinement, and maintenance of strategy-oriented assessments, providing mid-term projections of economic and sustainability impacts, ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic objectives
  • Contribute to techno-economic assessments, including pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, for new project proposals in both Energy Production such as energy storage, resource efficiency, and non-Energy Production, such as Plastics Recycling, areas
  • Monitor technological advancements in relevant sectors, providing timely recommendations to capture developments that may impact company operations, and prepare corresponding reports for management
  • Prepare Business Cases for technologies in scope and the creation of informative presentations for potential funding institutions
  • Evaluate potential M&A targets from a technology perspective and assists in the technological due diligence process
  • Actively participate in the meetings and initiatives of the Industry Associations working groups

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA
  • At least 6 years of experience in industrial and technology-oriented environments
  • Project Management Accreditations will be considered as an asset
  • Experienced in LCA assessment methodologies and EU Energy transition legal framework
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Office Suite and data analysis
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
