Starting with the role:

Currently, we are seeking to hire a Procurement Associate.

 

You will be responsible for handling administrative procurement tasks, evaluating vendors, performing small-scale procurement processes and overall supporting the Procurement team’s activities.

 

Location: Marousi

During your day you will:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to procurement assignments, including maintaining master data, purchase orders, contracts, low value POs, and POs of JVs in SAP S/4HANA
  • Contribute to the full process of vendor evaluation, including expanding, maintaining, and reporting the vendors registry and coordinating the cross-functional annual vendor performance evaluation
  • Perform small-scale procurement activities (RFx)
  • Facilitate supporting functions (e.g., HR, Finance) with their procurement needs
  • Assist in the development and execution of the procurement plan, ensuring alignment with MORE’s policies and business requirements
  • Maintain procurement-related performance and reporting databases and systems, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Procurement
  • Support the preparation and organization of procurement documentation for audits and compliance reviews

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related field
  • Master’s Degree will be preferred
  • At least 3 years of working experience within the procurement function
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP is required
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
