Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire an Inhouse Telesales Associate.

During your day you will:

• Communicate with and manage the company’s active customer base
• Handle inbound calls to promote and sell energy services and products
• Participate in outbound campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling, win-back strategies, retention and related activities
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

What you need to stand out:

• University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on a relevant position (sales and/ or call centre)
• Prior experience on energy sector will be preferred
• Customer-oriented perception and approach
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of using MS Office
• Fluency in English will be considered an additional asset
