Starting with the role:
Currently we are seeking to hire a BI Associate to join our team.
During your day you will:
- Support the design and creation of MIS reports based on business requirements using data from various sources and systems.
- Analyze data from MIS reports, identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
- Assist in automating the process of creating and distributing MIS reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Generate reports monitoring the KPIs in terms of operational excellence
- Help verify the accuracy and integrity of the data used in MIS reports and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, such as business analysts, IT teams, and senior management, to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant insights.
- Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or SAP)
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - especially Excel
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written).
