Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a Channel Commissioning Specialist to join our Customer Analytics & Insights team!

During your day you will:

  • Perform monthly calculations for Sales Channels Commissions using the commissioning tool and validate results.
  • Collaborate with Indirect Sales, Telesales, and Back Office teams to track and implement new partner commercial agreements as needed.
  • Resolve commission-related issues under the guidance of the Commercial Manager and the Head of Customer Analytics and Insights.
  • In collaboration with Commercial team, gather and write requirements for new implementations.
  • Perform UATs to make sure new implementations are delivered on time to production and working as expected.
  • Calculate Smart Points for eligible customers and communicate results to the Coral Loyalty team.
  • Analyze data and provide useful insights to Commercial Manager and other stakeholders

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in the energy industry.
  • Experience in SAP, Power BI & VBA would be highly appreciated.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent Command of Greek and English, both oral and written.
