Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Customer Support Agent to join the Customer Support Department! As a Customer Support Agent you will handle timely and effectively interactions (calls, emails, chats and social media) customer queries.      

During your day you will:

  • Act as a point of contact for potential and existing Customer queries handled via nrg Customer Support  
  • Handle timely and effectively interactions (calls, emails, chats and social media) customer queries      
  • Ensure that daily assigned tasks, activities and emails are being handled in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders (TL’s) regarding Customer trends that may imply employees and/or nrg customers
  • Identify and report any potential customer loss
  • Communicate daily service issues to TL’s by proactively exchanging information    
  • Display activities and behaviors designed to deliver personalized and distinctive Customer Experience according to nrg guidelines
  • Comply with company corporate responsibility standards and ethics  

What you need to stand out:

  • University Degree 
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service agent 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms)
  • Excellent communication both in Greek and English
