Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Tenders Specialist for our B2B Team.

Location: Marousi

During your day you will:

  • Prepare and coordinate of company’s participation in private and public tenders regarding electricity and natural gas supply, as well as e-Mobility services
  • Prepare tender documents in specific formats related to the bid and ensures submission consistently ahead of the deadlines as set by the tendering authority or body
  • Responsible for monitoring all steps of the process, preparing status reports and projected timelines for tenders as needed
  • Coordinate and marshal the efforts of all relevant departments (legal, operations and financial depts) relating to tendering/bidding activities and contracts review
  • Provide analysis based on RFI, RFQ, RFPs or Tenders’ technical and financial requirements

What you need to stand out:

  • University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position for the public and/or energy sector
  • Sound knowledge of the process of tenders’ processes as well as of public works, procurement & services contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
  • Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and Englis
