Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire Direct Sales Representative to join our B2C Sales team!

The position is located at Thessaloniki.

During your day you will:

  • Generate leads for the company’s electricity & gas products and services, by visiting prospect SME clients including small businesses and homes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through active communication
  • Follow-up and attract new customers through daily front-end sales activities and communication
  • Promote cross and upselling sales of all products & services that nrg provides to SMEs and homes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities and market feedback and analyze respective data to create reports
  • Contribute to the achievement of the company and stores’ sales targets through implementing the sales action plan, while proposes improvements according to the feedback received from customers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the dynamic sales market

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
  • At least 1 year in direct sales, preferably in the energy sector
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
