Starting with the role:
We are searching to hire a Own Fleet Supervisor.
During your day you will:
- Motivate, train, and coach Truck Drivers by establishing effective communication channels and fostering continuous development.
- Responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of the own fleet to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, corporate and QHSSE standards.
- Be responsible to create the work schedule of the Track Drives and update the relevant systems (i.e. ERGANI) accordingly.
- Monitor efficiency and performance of own fleet operations to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Propose new methods to increase productivity of own fleet and increase its efficiency.
- Manage and control fleet-related expenses, including maintenance, fuel, and procurement costs.
- Be responsible to ensure smooth operation of IT systems; GPS, E-Sealing (SPDS), CCTV.
What you need to stand out:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics or similar field
• At least 3 years previous experience in road transportation transformation
• Knowledge of road transport and logistics
• Experience in safety-oriented working environments
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
