Starting with the role:

We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Team in Perissos.

During your day you will:

  • Issue customer invoices and ensure timely billing processes
  • Manage retailer billing, including self-billing and clearing statements
  • Oversee cheque management activities
  • Perform daily reconciliation of DIAS remittances against SAP records
  • Monitor Direct Debit and Direct Credit transactions
  • Process daily remittances and customer account clearings
  • Reconcile GALAXY and SAP payment methods (MOPs)
  • Reconcile gas station expenses and related remittances
  • Perform retail customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Tax Operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP / SAP S/4HANA
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint
  • MSc, MBA, ACCA, ACA, IESOEL, or other relevant professional qualification will be considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and risk awareness
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
