Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a Debt Chaser to join our team based in Perissos.

During your day you will:

  • Follows up receivables and takes necessary actions to collect debt
  • Follows up securities reaching due date and takes necessary actions
  • Manages blocked orders
  • Performs both reactive and proactive debt chasing
  • Discusses with customers over the telephone, issues concerning non-payment of debts
  • Negotiates effectively with customers on their debts
  • Maintains strong relationship with external and internal customers
  • Produce MI reports for Credit department.
  • Perform financial analysis of customer’s financial statements to develop a risk profile for low exposure customers.
  • Ensure compliance to relevant policies (Credit Policy, Organizational MOA Coral).

 

What you need to stand out:

 

  • University Degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration
  • Master’s Degree will be considered as a plus
  • At least 1 year of proven working experience in debt collection or in a customer service position
  • Prior working experience in credit department will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
  • SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
  • Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • Ability to work on shifts
