Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Debt Chasing Associate to be responsible for managing outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and overseeing the release of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships.
During your day you will:
- Monitor and manage outstanding debts, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers
- Oversee the release of orders, ensuring that all financial obligations are met before processing
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, resolving any issues or disputes in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all debt collection activities and order releases
- Prepare regular reports on debt status and order release activities for management review
- Ensure all debt collection and order release activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics or other related field
- Master Degree will be considered a plus
- At least 1 year of experience as Debt Chaser or relevant
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
