Starting with the role:
We are searching to hire an Operational Improvement Associate
Location: Perissos
During your day you will:
• Enhance and advance the vehicle surveillance system while improving and further developing the Station Manager system
• Monitor and analyze alarms triggered by the Vehicle GPS and Electronic Sealing systems
• Oversee and assess delivery losses at the RBA gas stations sites
• Supervise and evaluate retails sites inflow & outflow systems
• Develop a structured framework for haulers and drivers by integrating data insights derived from thorough analyses
• Foster structured and consistent communication with the Road Transport and Retail departments
• Upgrade and integrate IT systems to optimize the monitoring of deliveries at RBA gas stations sites
• Oversee deliveries at retail sites to ensure strict adherence to established procedures.
• Participate in HSSE meetings related to relevant operational activities
Main Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics or similar field
• Up to 3 years previous experience
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
