Starting with the role:
Currently, we are seeking to hire an Account Manager for North Greece, based in Thessaloniki, to develop the company’s brands to ensure they maintain a leading position in the fuel market, in line with the company’s strategy and to supervise the service stations within their area of responsibility and identify opportunities to penetrate new stations with the objective of integrating them into the company’s network.
During your day you will:
- Identify new customers and sign commercial cooperation agreements in line with the company’s strategic planning guidelines (Master Plan), while presenting investment or benefit proposals aimed at increasing the company’s profitability
- Renew cooperation agreements for Do service stations and participate in the renewal of lease agreements for existing network stations in coordination with the Network Department
- Evaluate the performance of new and existing service stations based on all relevant KPIs (volumes, C4-DD profitability, NPV, IRR)
- Support and develop the company’s partners in accordance with the terms of their agreements and the station operating manual, while training both partners and their employees to achieve the company’s objectives and ensuring compliance with safety regulations for station operations
- Implement the company’s objectives regarding unified corporate image and specifications, and ensure the CVP standards of Avin and Cyclon across the Do network under their responsibility
- Implement at station level all promotional activities and programs designed by the Marketing Department
- Cooperate with the Customer Operation Support Department on pending legal cases in order to achieve the best possible outcome
- Develop both the company’s Loyalty Card and Corporate Card programs
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related discipline
- Master Degree will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or other similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
