The Company
OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
We are currently seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant.
During your day you will:

Track and follow up on all requests, tasks, and commitments of the General Manager

Ensure the GM is fully prepared for meetings and engagements by organizing required materials, briefings, and files
-
Maintain a structured system to monitor pending actions and deadlines
-
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the GM

Organize and maintain the GM’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, and resolution of scheduling conflicts

Prioritize urgent matters, ensure timely responses, and flag outstanding issues for follow-up
What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering (preferred)

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
