The Company
OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Business Development & Tendering Officer, to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, which will be responsible to coordinate and manage strategic tender submissions in alignment with Group-wide collaborations, ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-structured offers for key AIA infrastructure packages.
During your day you will:
- Monitor and manage all upcoming tenders, particularly from the AIA (Athens International Airport), aligning with internal strategic goals
- Coordinate with MOH Group companies and joint venture partners to gather input, technical solutions, and commercial terms for joint submissions
- Handle the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs), and Technical & Commercial Proposals
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications, submission protocols, deadlines, and client requirements
- Organize and lead internal tender review meetings, risk assessments, and solution workshops with relevant technical Teams
- Maintain a central tender tracker and develops a knowledge library of past submissions, pricing models, and market intelligence
- Liaise with Planning Specialist to incorporate realistic and contract-compliant program elements into tender schedules
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in managing and submitting technical and commercial tenders
- Tendering and public procurement processes
- Technical and commercial specifications in construction
- Contractual terms and compliance
- Good knowledge of English and Greek
- Market pricing and client requirements (e.g., AIA)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Proposal preparation (EOIs, PQQs, Technical & Commercial)
