The Company
OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
The Electrical-Automation Engineer is responsible for supervising all electrical engineering aspects and proper installation of automation systems of site to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.
During your day you will:
- Oversees installation and testing of electrical and automation systems related to fueling operations
- Reviews and interprets electrical design drawings and control schematics
- Coordinates with automation vendors and contractors for system integration
- Supervises wiring, PLC, SCADA, and control panel installation works
- Verifies compliance with ATEX, airport standards, and safety regulations
- Conducts loop checks and participates in commissioning of systems
- Supports technical troubleshooting during start-up and handover
- Maintains a daily log of electrical engineering activities and manpower
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience overseeing installation and testing of electrical and automation systems similar operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical design drawings and control schematics interpretation
- In-depth understanding of PLC, SCADA, and control panel systems
- Familiarity with ATEX directives and airport safety regulations
- Understanding of commissioning processes and loop checks
- Awareness of safety and compliance requirements in fueling/industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to supervise and manage technical teams on-site
- Attention to detail for verifying compliance and quality control
- Proficiency in documenting technical activities and preparing progress reports
