The Company

 

OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH. OFC is also among Europe's high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities.

 

Starting with the role:

 

We are seeking an experienced and driven PM Engineer to join our dynamic team.

During your day you will:

  • Cooperate with AIA/AEP for the execution of the outline and detailed design of the expansion project, in compliance with OFC’s technical specifications and AIA requirements.
  • Collaborate with OFC’s Design Consultant for the proper execution of the design of the expansion project to ensure that it is in full compliance with OFC’s technical specifications, applicable regulations, applicable legislation, OFC’s operational requirements, etc.
  • Liaise with AIA’s Technical Department and the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority during the design approval process and the issuance of the construction permit by AIA for the expansion project.
  • Cooperate with OFC management for the procurement of the execution of the expansion project by the construction company and develop the specific construction agreement between OFC and the construction company(-ies).
  • Assist OFC management for the procurement of the 3rd Party Services and follow up its proper implementation.
  • As per provisions in the above construction agreement, monitor the execution of the construction project.
  • Provide any technical information/clarification in relation to the OFC’s technical specifications, applicable regulations, applicable legislation, OFC’s operational requirements, etc, may be required, during all above phases.

What you need to stand out:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles at a construction site
  • Master degree in Engineering 
  • Experience in working on construction would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge in using remote monitoring systems
  • Experience in using software programs to monitor design and construction projects (e.g. primavera) would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal
