The Company
OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
The On Site Administrator is responsible for providing site-level administrative support to engineering and field teams, ensuring efficient documentation, access control, and daily logistics
During your day you will:
- Coordinate issuance and renewal of staff and subcontractor access passes at the construction site
- Submit vehicle entry permits and manage sticker system for site vehicle access
- Maintain site-specific records including staff logs, access databases, and daily permits
- Arrange on-site logistics such as office supplies, refreshments, and basic clerical support
- Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and site visits involving engineers, foremen, or subcontractors
- Support Site Engineer with printing and organizing drawings, ITPs, and other documentation
- Coordinate short-term accommodations or transportation requests for project personnel
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree or TEI in Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles supporting business operations
- Good knowledge of ERP (SAP)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English
