The Company
OFC is a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire a Planning Specialist ,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, which will be responsible to oversee projects scheduling, progress tracking, and program compliance across all contracts, ensuring timely execution and structured reporting aligned with client and contractual obligations.
During your day you will:
- Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules, resource-loaded and critical path, for all projects post-contract award
- Work with Site Engineers and the Procurement Team to collect real-time updates and adjust the project timelines accordingly
- Regularly update project dashboards, Gantt charts, and critical path reports using project management tools
- Perform what-if analyses, delay impact assessments, and issue early warnings for potential schedule risks or bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Business Development & Tendering Officer during tendering to prepare realistic and competitive planning inputs
- Ensure alignment of site activity reporting with contractual milestone obligations and client reporting formats
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly progress reports, S-curves, and earned value analysis where applicable
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Finance , Economics or a related field
- 3-5 years in project scheduling and planning in construction or engineering projects
- Project scheduling and control methodologies
- Contractual milestone requirements and client reporting standards
- Construction site operations and coordination
- Earned value management (EVM) and progress tracking
- Tendering process input for realistic planning
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Schedule risk analysis & delay impact assessment
- Progress reporting & earned value analysis
- Cross-team coordination & communication
