The Company
OFC, a joint venture between Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., AVIN OIL S.A., Skytanking NV, and Hansaconsult GmbH, is considered one of the high-standard aviation fuel supply facilities in Europe.
Starting with the role:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for handling on-site warehousing activities to ensure efficient and traceable material handling.
During your day you will:
- Manages receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment on-site
- Updates inventory records and monitors material usage
- Coordinates deliveries with the Procurement Team and Site Engineers
- Verifies delivery documentation and checks for damaged goods
- Maintains an organized and safe warehouse environment
- Tracks tools and equipment issued to site personnel
- Prepares material usage and stock level reports
What you need to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree, or TEI degree in Supply Chain Management or any other related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of using supply chain management software and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deal with conflicting demands
- Team playing approach and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders from all the hierarchical levels
