Starting with the role

We are currently searching to hire an Electrical Site Engineer for our Construction Team in Kozani.

 

During your day you will

  • Collaborate with external design office, supplying technical guidelines in main design aspects and equipment selection during preparation of final plant design documents
  • Collaborate with external design office, ensuring that, selected technical solutions and equipment, comply with project contract
  • Support Helector’s on site team with technical advice, whenever is required
  • Proceed with market research to identify the most suitable suppliers, to provide the projects with the required raw materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with equipment suppliers – manufacturers for technical clarifications on offered equipment
  • Make RfQ’s and complete orders in collaboration with the Procurement Department
  • Support Site Manager in coordination of project activities and relevant schedules, ensuring the timeline and budget compliance.
  • Ensure that plant commissioning plan (regarding electrical equipment) is executed according to schedule and be responsible for maintaining quality tracking records
  • Identifie potential risks and issues that may impact the project, working with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies

What you need to stand out

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 7–10 years’ experience in energy projects construction sites (commissioning experience will be considered as a very strong asset)
  • Good command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarization with materials and equipment integrated in energy projects (MV equipment, engines, etc)
