Starting with the role
We are currently searching to hire a Mechanical Engineer for our EPC Energy Projects team in Athens.
During your day you will
- Support engineering issues through communication with external studies offices
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and Requests for Quotations for materials relevant to the Projects involved
- Evaluate sub suppliers and support procurements in collaboration with Procurement Department
- Support in drafting contract agreements with subcontractors or sub suppliers
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring compliance with the project scope, budget, and deadlines
- Prepare and update progress reports, tracking key project milestones and deliverables
What you need to stand out
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role, most preferably in high pressure & temperature applications relevant to Power Projects.
- Very good command of the English language, written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Auto Cad
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Travel flexibility
