Starting with the role

We are searching to hire a Production Supervisor, to be a part of our Operations & Maintenance Team in Mavrorachi (Thessaloniki).

During your day you will

  • Ensure continuous, safe, and efficient functioning of Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant (in collaboration with Project Manager).
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to the relevant Authority.
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust operating conditions to maximize treatment efficiency (in collaboration with Project Manager).
  • Monitor treatment processes and propose improvements.
  • Perform routine laboratory analyses.
  • Work with the Project Manager to adjust equipment settings as required.
  • Identify and ensure availability of necessary equipment and resources.

What you need to stand out

  • University degree in Engineering (Enviromental or Chemical preferably)
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in landfill leachate or wastewater treatment plant operations
  • Good command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarization with laboratory analyses, process monitoring and optimization
  • Previous experience in SCADA would be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
