Starting with the role
We are searching to hire a Production Supervisor, to be a part of our Operations & Maintenance Team in Mavrorachi (Thessaloniki).
During your day you will
- Ensure continuous, safe, and efficient functioning of Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant (in collaboration with Project Manager).
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to the relevant Authority.
- Monitor process parameters and adjust operating conditions to maximize treatment efficiency (in collaboration with Project Manager).
- Monitor treatment processes and propose improvements.
- Perform routine laboratory analyses.
- Work with the Project Manager to adjust equipment settings as required.
- Identify and ensure availability of necessary equipment and resources.
What you need to stand out
- University degree in Engineering (Enviromental or Chemical preferably)
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in landfill leachate or wastewater treatment plant operations
- Good command of the English language, written and verbal
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarization with laboratory analyses, process monitoring and optimization
- Previous experience in SCADA would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
